About this item This set includes five 1-3/4 x 1-11/16 in. oscillating multitool bi-metal blades with an enhanced deducted shank and a deluxe black oxide on a fully titanium coated blade body. Made of M42 high-speed steel bi-metal with 8% cobalt, and featuring both fully titanium and black oxide protection, these 0.8 mm thick flexible blades offer a minimum of 5 times the durability of regular bi-metal blades, making them suitable for use with multiple materials. The 1-3/4” width blade, with more teeth than previous generations, is ideal for nail-embedded wood, nonferrous metals, and plastic, and is also effective for grout removal. While it can also cut through hardened materials like concrete nails and stainless steel, it is not recommended due to the heat generated during the cutting process. These blades are proficient at plunge cuts of up to 1-11/16” depth, and feature clear and memorable built-in length markers with both inch and metric measures, making it easy to gauge depth quickly and accurately. They are perfect for precision cutting. These blades are compatible with most conventional oscillating tools on the market, including DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Craftsman, Ridgid, Rockwell, and Fein Multimaster, as well as Ryobi. However, please note that no adaptors are provided, and they do not fit with the STARLOCK and plus interface system, nor are they compatible with the DREMEL MM40/M45/VC60-01 and BOSCH MX30EC/30EK/GOP 300SCE/18VEC.
