I've been eyeing this multi-tool for a while and then it finally went on sale, $15 off. It has one of the best scissors and saw that I have seen on a multitool. I like the fact the pliers have springs and the wire cut blades are replaceable.I've been wanting a new multi-tool after using a one-handed opening Gerber for almost two decades. I was looking for something with a bit more functionality. I was initially looking at some Leatherman options when I came across the Maerd P-11. It had almost everything I could want, but it was an unknown company to me. At the time, it as $48, but I managed to get a coupon for $20 off, and couldn't pass up on the deal.My criteria for selection was:1. Replaceable hard wire cutters2. Bit driver capability3. Wire stripper/strap cutter/gut hook blade4. NOT-small scissors5. All the other standard multi-tool features: files, knife blade, saw, can opener, bottle opener, screw driver tips, etc. This one hit all the requirements and then some. With the addition of the threader/awl and the hex wrench, this thing is almost better than anything I could think up.The hex wrench is probably what kept this one in mind; it's something I hadn't seen on many multi's before. No...it's not going to hold up to a tremendous amount of torque before the metal bends. This is a given. But it will work in a pinch where fingers can't and plier tips would make a mess of things.I also picked up the accessory kit for the additional driver tips and spare wire blades. The only thing that I could even ask as an improvement would be a ruler etched into a file or other blade edge.So far, so GREAT. I haven't had it for long, but it's got everything I need, feels sturdy, and functions well. If this changes or doesn't as time goes by, I'll update my review.Material is low quality mob steel
