I was able to buy the 6-Tool Combo Kit for less than $200 on Amazon; it normally sells for about $400.These Skil 12v tools are a spectacular value. All the tools are compact, reasonably light and feel solid in the hand. They have features - such as the USB ports and great lights - that you don't find on other brands.Performance-wise, they are better than average and can often hold their own against 18v/20v tools. Battery life is ok; I suspect that I will be using the jump charging feature to finish small jobs. For big jobs, bring spares or switch to the 4 amp/hour batteries.Random notes: The first tool I used was the inflator; it is very cool and works well. The light is VERY bright and has an interesting pistol design. The oscillating multi-tool is power hungry, but does a good job with a fresh battery. I like the size and weight of the circular saw, but wish it used a 6.5 inch blade. It is nice that the drill/driver has an 1/2-inch chuck. Still trying to figure out the use case for the right-angle impact driver. In addition to this set, I've also bought the 12v compact reciprocating saw, a pistol-style impact driver and the new auto hammer (which is amazing). Still looking to get the jigsaw (tool only). So, yeah, I am all-in on Skil 12v PWR CORE. If you want compact, light and reasonably powerful tools, at a very fair price, you can't do better than these.
